1) Business owner Immigration opportunities
 

Overview
The government of Canada has created a particular category of work permit called Owner Operator LMIA that enables the majority of owners of a company to obtain the right to a Canadian work permit. In general, many businesspersons worldwide consider Canada as a reasonable choice with its favorable economic climate, the work ethic of the people, and the diversity of the population. The purpose of the Owner Operator program is to provide a safe route through which international business people can enter Canada to run their businesses.


2) Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP)
 

Overview
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) is the province’s economic immigration program. It works in collaboration with the Government of Canada through Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
Foreign workers, international students and others with the right skills, experience and education apply to the OINP for a nomination.
The OINP recognizes and nominates people for permanent residence who have the skills and experience the Ontario economy needs, and the Government of Canada makes the final decision to approve applications for permanent residence.

 

3) Hire a temporary foreign agricultural worker
 

Overview
You can hire a temporary foreign agricultural worker under one of the following streams:
Seasonal Agricultural Worker Program
Temporary Foreign Worker or “TEW” must be from Mexico or participating Caribbean countries production must be included on the national commodities list.
Agricultural stream

 

TFW can be from any country
production must be included on the national commodities list
- Stream for high-wage positions production is not included on the national commodities list TFW can be hired for any high-wage agricultural position
-Stream for low-wage positions production is not included on the national commodities list TFW can be hired for a low-wage agricultural position
